If you get the reference, we should be friends. Apologies for the radio silence but I'm back! And with a new Sunday Script Club 2.0 website which I'm really chuffed about. The old one was pretty basic, but with this one, even if you missed out on earlier #SundayScriptClub reads, they'll be linked on the front page of the website so you can catchup.
To be honest, I owe this renewed sense of enthusiasm to my other half who kept me up for two hours the other night (with his loud, unwavering snoring), which gave my brain the opportunity to think about what it is I'd love to achieve this year, no matter how ridiculous the goal. Secondly, a big thank you to the gang at SoCreate who messaged me during my three-week hiatus about Sunday Script Club, and how they'd like to feature this little project on their blog.
This week's journal entry is a pretty whistle-stop tour of where I've been the last three weeks (Brussels for my 29th birthday, Trondheim for a work trip and watching my soul die at my day job). Also, if you haven't seen on Instagram (@SundayScriptClub), this week's read is Three Billboards outside Ebbing Missouri, by the ever-brilliant Martin McDonagh. If you'd like to get involved with the Sunday Script Club, join the mailing list on the homepage, and I'll send you the screenplay via email.
